Farhana Bhamjee, Chief Operating Officer
Auckland, New Zealand
Farhana was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa where she completed her postgraduate degree in communications and psychology. She spent a few years working in the learning and development (L&D) field before moving to Qatar. In Qatar, she worked at Qatar Airways looking after L&D and communications on the then new Hamad International Airport. After starting a family, she found herself flying down under to New Zealand to take the road less travelled. A lover of people watching, spa hopping, travelling and fine dining, she’s always up for coffee. Farhana joined Khadija Leadership Network in 2020 as a Business Development Manager and now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. In 2021 Farhana received the Tindall Scholarship to participate in the NZ Global Women Active Leaders Programme for four months. She can be contacted for any potential collaboration opportunities via firstname.lastname@example.org.
